Paul Casey Joins LIV Golf, Out of New Jersey Event

Casey, 44, a 15-time DP World Tour winner from England who has played in five Ryder Cup teams, is ranked No. 26 in the Official World Golf Ranking.

He gives LIV Golf 22 to the top 100 players on the list.

He has been sidelined with a back injury this year and it is unclear whether he will play in the British Open in two weeks.

Casey missed Masters, PGA Championship, and U.S. Open. In fact, he has never played since the WGC-Dell Technologies Match

Casey went public in 2019 by not playing in the first Saudi International tournament, and was approved by the European Tour.
