Hall of Fame forward and current NBA analyst Charles Barkley has reportedly been in talks with LIV Golf about a potential broadcast role
Barkley is expected to participate in the LIV Golf Pro-Am, scheduled for next week at Trump National in Bedminster,
New Jersey, and is expected to receive a broadcast offer from" Barkley said"I'm going to play in the Pro-Am,
Last week, Barkley revealed that he would be meeting with LIV about a potential opportunity to become "the face of their media," but that "nothing is imminent."
"I'm going to meet with LIV," Barkley said. “They called me and asked me ‘would I meet with them?’ And I said yes. Nothing that's immediate,
I don't really know what they want from me or what they want me to do technically,
but you always have to look at every opportunity that's available.
The latest news that Barkley will attend a pro-am with a broadcast bid to follow suggests those meetings have progressed.
