Once you have had enough time to feel a few migraine headaches you will be able to check your food diary to determine what foods you have eaten just before you start feeling your pain. For example, if you have 3 migraine headaches in one month, and you have had milk just before each migraine attack, milk could be the worst. It can take a few weeks or a few months to reach some decisions, but over time, by finding out which foods or ingredients in these foods are causing your pain, you will be able to eliminate these ingredients and reduce the pain caused by these foods.
