Your Food Can Prematurely Age You,
Enrich your age with healthy food.
Did you know that the food you eat is likely to age prematurely? Science has made some amazing discoveries over the past decade in nutrition. We have to look at what we put in our mouths because more than ever, “we are what we eat”. Do you know the effect of this diet? Probably not. It is time to realize that overindulgence in certain foods causes premature aging of the body.
Would you like some free radicals for your lunch…? There is a lot of talk these days about ‘free radicals and how they regularly attack the body, causing great damage.
Radical free is the name of a molecule with an unbroken electron. It is a normal product of metabolism and without it, you can die.
To set a direct record, the overproduction of free radicals causes physical damage. We are advised by a nutritionist to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
This is because they are rich in antioxidant phytonutrients… substances that deplete free radicals and help protect the body.
One of the important functions of free radicals is to produce energy in the food you eat. Every time you eat, a lot of free work is powerful. When you eat too much, free radicals are formed, and the more antioxidants your body needs to reduce. Eating too much is a big problem!
Active antioxidants include vitamins A, C, E; minerals such as selenium, zinc, and herbs such as aloe vera and grape seed extract.
The truth of carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are root vegetables, pasta, rice, bread, cereals, fruits, cakes, cakes, biscuits, crisps, sweets, etc. Easy to prepare, filling, delicious and cheap. Most foods are high in carbohydrates, as most of us are ‘full’ of them. When you eat carbohydrates you eat a type of sugar.
Carbohydrates are converted by the body into glucose, which is used rapidly for energy or stored in fat cells. Carbohydrates make up the excess portion of food, adding together a lack of exercise and a lot of sugar and the inevitable result of excess weight.
By reducing your total carbohydrate intake and reducing the size of your diet, you reduce your body exposure to more free-flowing activity, and, the amount of excess food you eat, you reduce your body exposure to more free-flowing activity, and, and excessive amounts of stored food. Double bonus!
Too much food is too stressful
There is so much food – look at the shelves of the mountain shop! Fill your cart, take it home and fill your kitchen cabinets – fill your plate and fill your stomach until you can’t move. How often do you overeat? How many free radicals attack your body and speed up the aging process? You can choose small meals.
Think about your diet last week.
Best of all, keep a diary for the next week, record each meal by drawing a separate plate that shows how much protein, carbohydrates, fats, vegetables, and fruits you eat at each meal/meal. After a week you will be able to see for yourself how much sugar you are eating.
